Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre, Halifax

Involvement: Project concept and business case.

Overview: Now a flagship regeneration project combining community and high tech uses and supported by Yorkshire Forward and the DTI.

Halifax Gateway

Appraisals, strategy and developer selection advice for client team led by Yorkshire Forward with Calderdale Council and Heritage Works.

Douglas Mill, Bradford

Involvement: Design & Build

Overview: £8M mill rescue and refurbishment in Trident Regeneration area. Project developed in Joint Venture with Bradford City Council. Building occupied by NHS Bradford Primary Care Trust.

The Civic, Barnsley

Involvement: Development recommendations, business case and appraisals

Overview: Redevelopment and extension of Grade II listed building, and new public square. Uses involved community infrastructure services, creative studios, retail and arts uses.

St John’s Church and adjoining sites, Lancaster

Involvement: Developing proposals

Overview: Developing proposals with Council for Voluntary Service, Redundant Churches Trust and the arts sector for business and arts uses.

Bass Maltings, Sleaford

Involvement: Market assessment, development strategy and appraisals.

Overview: Mixed use regeneration of grade 2* listed buildings of 500,000 sq ft. Initial work for stakeholder group led by The Princes Regeneration Trust. Subsequent work for County Council and developer. The project involved appraisals for residential, leisure, office, retail and health uses.
